Welcome to Twenty Tips Nail Salon (also referred to as "Twenty Tips Salon," "Twenty Tips," or simply "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, booking appointments, or accessing our website and applications, including the Twenty-Twenty application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Twenty Tips Nail Salon provides nail care and related beauty services through our physical salon location, website, and the Twenty-Twenty application. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via booking links sent to your mobile device.
• Confirmation: You may receive appointment confirmation and reminder messages via SMS and/or email.
• Cancellation: We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• You will receive appointment-related text messages including confirmations, reminders, booking links, and review requests.
• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Online Accounts

If you create an account with us through our website or the Twenty-Twenty application:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Gallery and Photos

By uploading photos to our gallery or allowing photos of your services to be taken:

• You grant us permission to display these photos on our website and social media.
• You confirm you have the right to share any photos you upload.
• You can request removal of your photos at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Twenty Tips Nail Salon strives to provide excellent service, but we are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to products (please inform us of any known allergies)
• Damage to artificial nails or extensions due to normal wear
• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Service interruptions or technical issues with our booking system

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and the Twenty-Twenty application, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Twenty Tips Nail Salon and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
